Our new family member
Tuesday, June 25, 2013Sometimes I need some more... After a few weeks still looking to the Q-Litter at Northgate's Kennel, I wrote an eMail to Hanna...
After only two pictures I fell in love and her name makes the rest. So I take a flight at the 5th of July to Helsinki to pick up our new family member.
"Northgate's Queen of my Heart" alias "Queenie" is from the well-known norwegian Kennel of Hanna Ukura. Queenie's father is "Northgate's Absolutely Fab" alias "Pele" the brother of the georgeous "Qing" of Jenny Hall and Queenie's mother "Shalimar Mia Affirmed" is an USA Import and Top Pharaoh bitch in Finland 2009 und 2010.
Finland is very tall and so Hanna brings me the little twister to Helsinki and I get the chance to see Merly's daddy "Skumpman" live- What a proud boy!
Queenie won my heart in a second! And the night at the hotel and the two flights the day after are no problem. Everthing gets easy with her.
We are so happy about the third "sit up ear" in the pack...
Welcome at Heartland little Princess!

Myndeklubben Show Skaelskoer DK 2013
Saturday, May 18, 2013Very early on Sunday morning, we were on our way to Denmark. This time, the Pharaohs were the first in the ring. We learned to love the Club exhibitions of the "Myndeklubben" so much. There we always have great days in a warm atmosphere with newfound friends.
Our results of the day were great as well...
Johanna handled Turner first and then Queenie. Both got a V1 with CK, a club qualifying and the CAC.
Queenie was 2. best bitch and Turner even best male. In the Best in Show ring, the two rocked another time and he became BIS Junior. I'm so proud!
Merly was "only" on board for the Junior Handling this time and demonstrated Johanna that it is finally her turn now. She was really good and the two could decide the Junior Handling for themselves.
Proudly walking, packed with entitlements, bows and great presents, we took off home in the evening.
We are lowing forward to May!

World Dog Show Budapest 2013
Thursday, May 16, 2013Back from World Dog Show Budapest
Our "Merly" - "FJS '13, EJS '13 Vaskurs Marion Jones Skumpandotter"
Breeder: Jenny Hall (SWE)
Merly did a great job and was 2nd in juniorclass out of 6.
Now she is Vice Junior World Winner 2013
She was also the youngest in that class because she has just turned 9 month old.
We are so proud about our young girl and thanks our trainer und handler Sven-Uwe Hofstaedt a lot for the professional show! Great team <3

Johanna & Merly were successful
Friday, May 10, 2013We were in Dortmund at the International and European Dog Show from the 10th to 12th of May 2013
On Friday Johanna and Merly were still able to prevail against the bitch from open class next to a V1, JCAC and JBOB and became the Best Bitch!
On Sunday, the two won despite increased expectations and clear tension the Junior Class with a V1 and JCAC.
Merly may now decorate himself with the title
" VDH Spring Youth Winner " and " VDH- European Winner "
It was a successful debut for my two "little ones" <3

Myndeklubben Show Roskilde / Dänemark 2013
Sunday, May 5, 2013On Saturday morning, we took off quite early to Denmark to spend a day at the club show in Roskilde with Pharaoh friends. There were reported a total of 11 Pharaohs.
" Northgate 's Queen of my Heart" had her debut in the baby class and did her job really well.
She became the best PH Baby and afterwards the BIS baby <3
"Vaskurs Will Turner Qonjacson" won best PH Puppy and afterwards BIS 2 Puppy!
"Vaskurs Marion Jones Skumpandotter" won Juniorclass with CK and was awarded Best Bitch 3 and got the Danish CAC!!
Spontaneously we entered Johanna and Merly in Juniorhandling competition and they won it <3
It was a successful day all around, beautiful weather and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon.

We have fun
Thursday, April 25, 2013The puppies are 6 weeks old and moved from the livingroom to the washroom. Now they have a big "dog door" and they can go out whenever they want to.
They are playing in and over the tunnel and different bridges, explore straw, different grounds and flowers, watch guinea pigs and ducks and try their first little fights. And after this they all fall asleep...
During the night the way to the big garden aka puppy playground is closed but the puppies still go out to the smaller garden for their "business". We are very proud of our 11 little terrorists!

No fear…

V.I.P
Wednesday, April 17, 2013A week has passed now, and today we had a visit from our breed warden.
Whoever wants to breed in DZRR/VDH, must fulfill certain requirements for the puppy rearing. The rooms must have certain sizes and features, the playground a certain size to provide certain stimuli, etc.
The breed warden checks those fundamentals before the breeding exam of the dog.
Since the puppies have to grow up without a biological mother now, our breed warden visited us today, long before the actual date of the final inspection, to personally be convinced that the puppies are well and that our spare mom does a good job.
She shot this picture during her visit of our 11 bundles of joy - many thanks for that!
The " Aim high 's " today enjoyed their second day in the big wide world.

Spring is here...
Monday, April 15, 2013Spring is finally here!
Today we explored the world in bright sunshine and with 22 degrees! We were allowed to take our first trip together with "mom" Merly and explored the garden and took a nap outside in the sun.
Completely tired of all the new impressions we nearly oversplet our visitors in the evening.
We are looking forward to our next adventure already!

Aim high's Day 28
Saturday, April 13, 2013Crazy how fast the time is running!
We are 4 weeks old today and we are growing fast! We already eat ground beef and porridge with goat milk. Most of us are nearl potty trained already...
And this is how we look right now - who knows who is who??
